Ready to be scared?!? The Haunted Lake Loop Hike will take place on October 5 at Black Moshannon State Park. Enjoy a good scare and some laughs. Candy will be available at the end of the walk for children.
**This may not be suitable for anyone that scares easily.
Meet at the beach. The Lake Loop is a 3/4 mile flat trail, which has some roots crossing it.
Bright flashlights will not be allowed on trail.  Small finger lights will be available for purchase for $1 each or you can bring glowsticks.  Donations will be accepted.  The registration table will be at the beach house, where liability forms will need to be signed.

The walks will start at 7:00 PM and each leader will be taking 30 to 40 people in a group. The last group will leave at 9:00 PM. This means you can show up anytime between 7 PM and 9 PM to get in line.
There will be a campfire on the beach to enjoy while waiting to go on the hike. Marshmallows will be available to roast while they last.  Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. 

There is parking at the beach parking lot and Boat Launch #1. Additional parking is available near the Environmental Learning Center and Boat Rental Area.

This is a family event. Destroying props and hitting or kicking volunteers will not be tolerated. Alcohol is prohibited in the park.
