Session 2: R – Relationships & Representation

Focus: Growing Leaders as Advocates

Officers will focus on strengthening communication, teamwork, and leadership presence. Through personality/color evaluations, officers will learn how individual leadership styles impact team success. Training will include agricultural advocacy, engaging with members and community stakeholders, conducting effective meetings, and representing the agricultural education program.

Officers will also be engaged with FFA Alumni and Supporters for a dinner/social to strengthen relationships with chapter supporters.

Connection to GROW:
Officers develop relationships that allow them to better serve members, advocate for agriculture, and strengthen connections between the chapter and community.

Outcome:
Officers become confident representatives and relationship builders.
