| Chapter President | Cassidy Fleck | Cassidy Fleck, a senior at Tyrone Area High School, serves as Chapter President and is from Sinking Valley, Pennsylvania. The daughter of Jim and Jennifer Fleck and is passionate about plant science and the vital role plants play in supporting life. Through her Supervised Agricultural Experiences in gardening, agriscience research, and agricultural safety, she has developed skills in plant care, experimental design, and youth education.
An active FFA member, Cassidy has participated in numerous events including the FFA Knowledge LDE, Meats Evaluation CDE, public speaking contests, and the State Agriscience Competition. She is most proud of placing first individually in the State FFA Knowledge LDE as a freshman. Outside of FFA, she is involved in NHS and tennis.
After graduation, Cassidy plans to attend West Virginia University to pursue a PharmD degree and become a pharmacist. She credits her success to the support of her family and lives by the motto, “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.” |

| Chapter Secretary | Leanne Clark | Leanne Clark is a sophomore at Tyrone Area High School and serves as the Tyrone Area FFA Chapter Secretary. She is the daughter of Ryan and Jennifer Clark and lives in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, where she is actively involved in her family’s dairy farm, Windy Lane Jerseys.
Leanne has been involved in agriculture from a young age through her family farm and 4-H. Her Supervised Agricultural Experiences include a rabbit breeding enterprise, which she has expanded to over 80 rabbits, and an agriscience research project focused on reducing mastitis in dairy cattle. Her project earned fourth place at the Pennsylvania Farm Show and second place at the State Agriscience Fair. She has also developed strong skills in time management, work ethic, and animal care through her farm work.
In FFA, Leanne has competed in the Dairy Handling CDE and served as a committee chair for the YAN Halloween event. She is most proud of earning the Chapter Star Greenhand Award. Outside of FFA, she is active in several agricultural organizations, including serving as President of the Huntingdon County Junior Holstein Club.
After graduation, Leanne plans to pursue a degree in animal science with a minor in agribusiness and return to operate her family’s dairy farm. She credits her parents and her agricultural education teacher, Mrs. Hoy, for their support.

| Chapter Treasurer | Alex Sklenar | Alex Sklenar, a junior from Tyrone, Pennsylvania, serves as Treasurer of the Tyrone FFA Chapter. He is the son of Joe and Denise Sklenar and was inspired to join agricultural education after seeing his sister’s involvement in the program.
Alex’s SAE projects include both breeding and market lambs, where he has developed a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. He has been active in the Ag Literacy and Ag Safety committees and is most proud of earning his Chapter FFA Degree. One of his favorite memories in the ag program was conducting a classroom lab culturing bacteria samples, highlighting his interest in hands-on learning.
Outside of FFA, Alex participates in the Shaver’s Creek 4-H Club. After graduation, he plans to attend The Pennsylvania State University to pursue a degree in Agribusiness. In his free time, he enjoys learning to play guitar and listening to classic country music.

| Chapter Sentinel | John Eaken | John Eaken, a senior serving as the Chapter Sentinel. He is the son of John and Kelly Eaken.
John became involved in agricultural education through his passion for showing animals and meeting new people. His Supervised Agricultural Experience includes raising a market steer and dairy beef, where he has developed patience and a strong understanding of animal behavior.
He has participated in Livestock Days, and competed with on the Meat Evaluation Team, FFA Knowledge Team, and served on several committees. His proudest accomplishment is placing first with his team at the state level in Meat Evaluation and Technology CDE.
Outside of FFA, John is active in 4-H, football, and wrestling. After graduation, he plans to attend Garden City Community College in Kansas to join the meat judging team and study animal science. Known as the “animal whisperer,” John lives by the motto to enjoy life to the fullest and thanks his parents for their continued support.

| Chapter Reporter | Abigayle Lucas | Abby Lucas is a senior at Tyrone Area High School and serves as the Chapter Reporter. She is the daughter of Amanda Parris and Matt Lucas and is from Port Matilda. Abby developed a passion for agriculture through her love of animals and plans to attend Penn State University to major in Animal Science after graduation.
Her SAE includes working at Ace Hardware, where she has learned the importance of kindness and patience with customers. Abby has participated in the Floriculture CDE and served as a chair for Mayflower Magic, Ag Tech Display, and the Book Drive. She is most proud of advancing to states with her floriculture team, valuing the experience of trying something new alongside close friends. Outside of FFA, Abby is involved in soccer and track, and she enjoys giving back to the community, especially through experiences like Cedarwood. She is also the first in her family to earn the blue jacket and credits her mom for her constant support. |

| Chapter 2nd Vice President | Aubrey Biter | Aubrey Biter, a senior from Port Matilda, serves as the Tyrone FFA Chapter’s 2nd Vice President. She is the daughter of Deborah and Richard Biter. Aubrey became involved in agricultural education through her passion for animals and plans to study animal science in college with the goal of becoming a veterinarian.
Aubrey has participated in FFA Knowledge, Livestock Evaluation, and served as a state delegate. She has held leadership roles as a committee secretary and currently serves as chair of the Clay Shoot Committee. Her SAEs include poultry research focused on improving egg production and a winter flower-growing project, both of which strengthened her skills in animal care and responsibility. She is most proud of placing 9th nationally in the Agriscience Fair.
Outside of FFA, Aubrey is involved in FBLA, Student Council, varsity soccer, varsity softball, and All Eagles. She also works cleaning college apartments. A former competitive dancer, Aubrey enjoys staying active and values her favorite FFA memory of attending the National Convention. She credits her advisor, Mrs. Hoy, and her parents for their support and encouragement. |

| Chapter 1st Vice President | Josephine Dicken | Josie Dicken is an 11th-grade student from Sinking Valley and serves as the 1st Vice President of the Tyrone Area FFA Chapter. She is the daughter of Sara and Shaun Dicken, and she is proud to represent her family through her involvement in FFA. Josie became involved in agricultural education to show her cows through FFA, and her passion for working with dairy cattle has inspired her long-term goal of becoming a large animal veterinarian.
Her Supervised Agricultural Experiences in dairy cows and dairy beef include daily feeding, bathing, and exercising her animals to keep them healthy and show-ready. Through these projects, she has developed skills in operating large equipment and has learned the value of hard work and responsibility. Josie has served on multiple FFA committees and is especially proud that her Meats Evaluation & Technology CDE team won the state competition and earned the opportunity to compete at the national level.
Outside of the blue jacket, Josie participates in track and field, focusing on the throwing events. After graduation, she plans to attend Penn State to study animal science and then continue her education to become a large animal veterinarian. She lives by the quote, “Don’t let people who are jealous of you get in your head,” and she would like to thank her parents, Sara and Shaun, her brother Ian, her friends, and all the FFA members who have supported her and inspired her to serve as a chapter officer. |
